Old Floors are brought back to life with our Refinishing Procedure.  Our dustless sanding is a new service that our customers have enjoyed.  That’s right, sanding your floors without the mess.  We have overcome our customers’ worst nightmare when refinishing their existing floor;”The Mess”!!

Design
We can help you design and customize your tastes and decorating adventure with an endless selection of inlays, medallions, feature strips and stenciling with our many natural species of materials.

Furniture
We will remove and replace most furniture.  We will NOT move Grand pianos, Grandfather clocks and your personal belongings IE breakables, heirlooms etc.

Existing Floor Coverings
We will remove your existing carpeting, tile, vinyl and wood floors and haul them off your property.

Floor Care
Poly urethane Finish is a Liquid Plastic that for the most part is clear.  We recommend treating it as a window.  Do NOT clean with anything that would scratch, streak or haze them, as this could cause permanent damage.  Over wetting will cause hazing and cupping of the floor.  Waxes and detergents could cause scratching, hazing and streaking.  We Recommend cleaners specifically designed for Polyurethane Finished Floors.  IE (Bona, Bruce Dura-Luster, Swiffer etc.)   Furthermore any furniture that is moved continuously, such as dining room chairs, tables etc. should have felt or cushioned tabs installed on the bottom legs to help prevent scratching of the surfaces.  If your floors are properly maintained, the Finish will last longer, resulting in a less overall expense of having them professionally refinished.  We also recommend every 3 to 5 years, considering proper cleaning has taken place, that you recoat your existing floors in the high traffic rooms such as kitchens, foyers, halls etc. as this will add more life to your investment without the cost of refinishing
